Wecall – a key partner in Office Sverige AB’s centralization efforts

 

When Office Sverige AB was to be centralized with a common back office, Wecall was hired.

 

– Wecall has been important in this process,” says Anders Johansson, CEO of Office Sverige AB.

 

Office Sverige AB is present in 17 different locations in Sweden. From Kiruna in the north to Malmö in the south. Previously, the company consisted of a parent company and nine subsidiaries. When they decided to merge the company into one in 2015, Wecall was a close partner.

 

– We used to have local receptionists in all our major offices, but now Wecall is our first line and answers all incoming calls,” says Anders Johansson, CEO of Office Sverige AB.

 

Wecall acts as the company’s local receptionist for each office but also receives fault reports. For more advanced cases, Wecall’s telephonists connect their customers to Office Sweden’s own IT service.

 

– Wecall is not just an ordinary call center because they enter the fault reports directly into our system. So they do some hand-holding,” says Anders Johansson.

Wecall’s strength is that it is responsive and addresses problems as they arise.

The reorganization has made Office Sverige AB more efficient and profitable. But it has been a long process that has not always gone smoothly.

 

– There was a learning curve for both Wecall and us, but now we’re getting there. We have a good dialog and they have taken good responsibility,” says Anders Johansson.

 

Wecall is connected to Office Sweden’s telephone exchange and they have a reconciliation once a week.

Office Sverige AB

Provides IT solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises with around 200-300 employees. For example, taking care of their entire IT infrastructure or selling digital workplace as a service. They also work with accessories such as printing and telephony. Office Sverige AB works with hardware, software and service.
